  • Work with development and engineering to identify and analyze software bugs and errors
  • Provide technical support for platform users
  • Provide routine content/user moderation and maintenance

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and accurate
  • Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
