A high profile property accountant position has come available with a leading real estate company reporting directly to the senior executive who is responsible for the entire property accounting group. This person will be responsible for producing budgets, forecasting, year-end audits, final billings and journal entries. In this role they will also be acting as the senior executive's emissary when visiting their other offices, which will be done on a regular basis. Property accounting experience is a must preferably 3 to 5 years experience.

This is a one year contract.
