Just Energy (an affiliate of National Home Services) is hiring CSR/sales agents for our growing outbound call center team.

Representatives will be making outbound calls to a variety of different customers providing excellent customer service and up-selling our home equipment products.

All candidates must have:

• Minimum of 1 year in a sales position (preferably call center)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with either inbound or outbound calls

Experience in a call center environment is also a valuable asset.

Part Time: Monday to Friday 5pm to 9pm and Sat 10am to 6pm. You must be able to work all of these hours.
