The mobile market is experiencing unprecedented growth. The mobile advertising industry in particular has moved beyond the trial and experimental phase and is now scheduled to surpass $21b annually by 2016. As a result, more advertisers and brands are now dedicating increased budgets to run campaigns across the multitude of mobile channels.

JUICE Mobile specializes in delivering mobile advertising and technology to brands and publishers to help facilitate custom solutions that will help them achieve their connected device goals. Reporting to the Associate Marketing Manager, JUICE is seeking a Public Relations and Marketing Intern. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and media with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while possessing strong writing, communication and social networking skills. He/she must be a self-starter and enthusiastic. This opportunity will give you the skills you need to excel in an agency or brand environment.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Writing and proof–reading pitch letters, articles, press releases and more
- Proactive management of social media platform and content calendar
- Grow existing database of media contacts and channels
- Deep dives into competitive analysis, product launches and industry developments
- Writing, reviewing and vetting award application opportunities
- Identify industry sponsorship and/or speaking opportunities to ensure the JUICE brand is well represented within the Canadian media industry
- Perform various other marketing and administration duties as required

Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing
- Proficient understanding of JUICE Mobile functionality and brand
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills – Who and Whom, Lay and Lie – you take extreme pride in your grammar
and can always recognize others misuse
- Social Rock star – you live on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and you always know the hottest
technology or app first
- Ability to take direction and adapt to rapid change
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- You have a strong attention to detail and are a quick learner
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Degree in Communication, Marketing or a related discipline required
