However, weak operating companies are just like weak companies - leadership is not as people-oriented and it becomes difficult to find the advocacy and opportunities high performers are looking for.

Its a strong company to work for with a lot of smart people. Unfortunately its not a stable environment in Canada as they continue to lay off key positions and leave the remaining work force with an unreasonable amount of work.
