Very fast paced and unpredictable as there was not a clear system in place. There was much confusion around certain policies as they changed often and as a part time worker it was hard to keep up. Management was sub par, none of them experienced, just promoted servers. No benefits and hard to get time off. Tip out was relatively high, the bar got a cut of your tips even if your table only ordered waters. Job was most enjoyable when a group of regulars were established, makes the day more rewarding when a customer comes into the restaurant just to be served by you.
