We are currently seeking someone that wants a great opportunity to prove themselves as a full-time IT Desktop Support Specialist working predominantly remotely in the GTA Vancouver area.

The Role Needs Someone with:

  • Experienced business acumen
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience creating easy to follow technical documentation
  • Willingness to create internal knowledgebase articles
  • Ability to travel through GTA Vancouver and is based close by
  • University Degree in IT

Technical Requirements:

  • 1st and 2nd Level information systems services problem resolution: problem definition, research and resolution
  • E-mail Protocol troubleshooting skills
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Desktop / Server Deployment, Software and Hardware Inventory - Platforms: Windows XP / 7 and Windows 2003/2008
  • Software Deployment Automation Tools: Disk Imaging, Patch/Software Release Management, Asset Management, System Monitoring
  • Windows 2003/2008 AD / Exchange 2010 Architecture - design, implement and maintenance
