We are currently looking for full time receptionist / Accounting Assistant to join our growing team.
Main Job duties include but are not limited to;
Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, taking messages and forwards calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
You will be required to perform basic clerical duties, such as faxing, ordering office supplies, mailing invoices and photocopying, posting AP invoices, AR follow ups, etc. This would be a great opportunity for someone who believes in best customer service because this is core value of our business. We are moving into our new location and there will be room for growth to this role.
Assist with Admin and sales tasks as needed and as assigned.
