was a very by yourself job. perfect for people who do not like to interact. nice and quiet and get your job on your own time.

My co-workers all do their job and don;t ask for help and they are fast pace.

I enjoyed the people i worked with and even the job its self but sometimes cleaning supplies i needed was not always supplied

Being a Peer Tutor was fun as well as a tough job. My only aim was to make sure that all students that I tutor pass the subject. One problem I faced was to understand what problems the students faced. I had to think what their problem was and explain them in a way that it was simple for them to understand. Often you operate under circumstances beyond your control and do your best to remediate conflicts.

It was very fun and easy. Had to keep the office, rest room and front desk, clean.

A typical day at Jani-king is long and tiring at times. Going through file after file updating Web-App system can be tiring, yet successful. You'll learn to multitask on more than one thing which comes pretty helpful. Co-workers are the best so friendly and one-on-one with everyone. It was a fun workplace but the managers however were not serious

Normal cleaning procedures..Customer is always right! Finding dependable workers was the hardest part about the job. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing client who was happy with your work.

A typical work day for me would be going to several buildings in the evenings and cleaning them.

Come in to the office at 8 AM to pick up leads from antiquated computer system than drive around to unqualified "appointments". Cold call to your exhausted. than retuen to a hostile office where management routinly criticizes and belittles you till you quit. Then management closes any prospects you have. Wondered why when I started there were no sales – more... reps and that they had gone through 10 reps in the past year. Seems average life span of an account executive is 90-120 days. On top of that no direct deposit. and the computer they want you to use is from the 90s. – less

Bookkeeping,inventory and customer service was a major part of my job as a supervisor. I can say that my co-workers were one in a million to work with they were easy going and able to do their task with no hesitation and on time.

work was work. boring and a lot of cleaning. worked over night. hardest part of working was finding the will to come in the next day. most enjoyable part of the day was going home

well i did enjoy working for jani king until it got taken over then it went down hill from there.

A typical day at work is like any other cleaning and sanitizing as needed to to over look anything that may be required for each individual business day. What I have learned is that working with different businesses requires patients and solitude that gives businesses a peace of mind when that start each business day. Management is the best that can – more... be provided with generations of experience to provide what is needed for each individual companies needs. The hardest part of is competing with the diversity of upcoming janitorial companies. My co-workers are very good at keeping me in supplies and helping when ever help is needed. i do alot of detail cleaning. If you dont have the interest to clean in different envoriments then this job is not for you.

Spent the majority of my day on the phone and entering data. What I learned at this position is that when you speak to customers you "really" find out what they think of their cleaning company. Management was great, manager was easy to speak too and would take care of any problems in the office. Co-workers were easy to get along with.
