Lots of work for the money paid!
Subcontract Cleaner (Former Employee), Greater Napanee, ON – December 11, 2012
Pros: could work undisturbed most times, set your own start time.
Cons: late nights! bad weather for driving!
Work Started with Dust-mopping and washroom cleaning, Mopping Vacuuming! I learned to have a keener eye for what needs to be cleaned! Managment! My Imediate Boss Was Great! The Franchisee Owner not so much! Co-workers were a lot of fun! Hardest part of the Job. Late nights! Most enjoyable seeing the results of your work!

It was a basic janitorial job, go from building to building
Janitor (Former Employee), Kamloops, BC – December 3, 2012
Pros: he made my hours very flexable.
Cons: the 12 hour nights sometimes.
A typical night was cleaning variuos building a night. I learned how to make my self a better janitor. I didn't have any co-workers. The hardest part was when a viechle broke down. The enjoyable part of the job was when there was no complaints from the cleaning client.

cleaner (Former Employee), Calgary, AB – October 29, 2012
Pros: sometimes and we gather and party once a year except for birthday celebrations.
Cons: before sometimes, i work long hours but not anymore because iam working on one account for 4 hours daily for 6 days.
It's fun and I work independently without a supervisor. I only report if they let me do things that is not in the contract. My co-workers are all professional and they are nice to work with. The hardest part of the work was to see clients not using the washroom properly.

Working with others is better than working alone. The hardest part of a job is trying to get there on time when there is a winter storm going on. Enjoying that my shift is over and everyone is happy with my work.

Cleaning
Custodian (Current Employee), Madison, NC – April 29, 2013
I go to work in the mornings from Monday to Sunday. I clean floors, glass windows, restrooms, replace paper towels and toilet paper, vacuum rugs and carpets, take out trash, empty ashtrays, and I dust vending machines, lockers, window sills, and bathroom walls. the hardest part of the job is cleaning the restrooms because some people do not respect – more... my work and they go in and out of the restrooms as they please. – less

They you and then discard you like toilet paper
Account Executive & Operations Mgr. (Former Employee), Los Angeles – April 13, 2013
Pros: nothing
Cons: nothing
It looks good at first, but this company model is to squeeze every drop of sweat from you, and when you have a hiccup and a human moment, they discard you with no conscience. If your considering buying a franchise, RUN. This is the worst franchise to buy! Read the disclosure and have an attorney review it. You will be sorry I can assure you. Do not – more... throw your hard earned cash in the toilet. This company is all about them. You will be sorry if you buy here!
You will not be happy working as an employee here, you will soon realize that you would be better off in the Marines, at least you will have benefits! – less

my worse experience to had work for JK of Miami, poor management
Operations Manager (Former Employee), South Florida – April 10, 2013
After 2 years of employment with JK, I decided to move on with my life by leaving this company, no regrets, It was one of my great desitions I have made during my 34 years of experience in the Industry. I honestly can say that I praise those business owners who come and invest in the Company, after learning what these poor people go thru and seen their – more... investment gone to 0, , I tried to inform Corporate of the wrong doing from the part of my immediate supervisors not only these two gentlemen had no experience at all but were caught in numerous scandals involving fraud. Today after almost 1 year I have learned they both were fired from their jobs. – less

Flexible and easy work
Cleaner (Current Employee), Aurora, Streetsboro, and Garrettsville – April 9, 2013
A typical day of work is driving to destination and simply just cleaning them. Just like regular household chores; Vacuuming, scrubbing bathrooms, garbage, mopping, and dusting mostly. I've learned quite a bit from this job. I've learned how to hire and fire my own employees, manage a perfect work and life balance, and simple tricks to get stains out. – more... My co-workers aren't bad, since I hired them and my boss is very nice and is very flexible with my schedule. The hardest part of the job is driving place to place in the middle of winter. The most enjoyable part of the job is checking my work and not having any mistakes. – less

Pros: i got to meet nice people and worked in ford field.
Cons: no breaks and sometime didn't get paid for all my hours
I had to clean the stands of Ford Field, after every lions game. I had to wear a white shirt and black pants to get into the building. i had to clean two sections myself (which is easily over 300 seats. I had to clean the seats and floors, sweep the floors and stairs, and bag up all the trash.
