Work Started with Dust-mopping and washroom cleaning, Mopping Vacuuming! I learned to have a keener eye for what needs to be cleaned! Managment! My Imediate Boss Was Great! The Franchisee Owner not so much! Co-workers were a lot of fun! Hardest part of the Job. Late nights! Most enjoyable seeing the results of your work!

A typical night was cleaning variuos building a night. I learned how to make my self a better janitor. I didn't have any co-workers. The hardest part was when a viechle broke down. The enjoyable part of the job was when there was no complaints from the cleaning client.

You get payed as a contractor. The hours are not set. You only work when they call you in

The company itself is not managed well, the work is very hard and the weak should not apply.

It's fun and I work independently without a supervisor. I only report if they let me do things that is not in the contract.My co-workers are all professional and they are nice to work with. The hardest part of the work was to see clients not using the washroom properly.

I go to work in the mornings from Monday to Sunday. I clean floors, glass windows, restrooms, replace paper towels and toilet paper, vacuum rugs and carpets, take out trash, empty ashtrays, and I dust vending machines, lockers, window sills, and bathroom walls. the hardest part of the job is cleaning the restrooms because some people do not respect – more... my work and they go in and out of the restrooms as they please. – less

It looks good at first, but this company model is to squeeze every drop of sweat from you, and when you have a hiccup and a human moment, they discard you with no conscience. If your considering buying a franchise, RUN. This is the worst franchise to buy! Read the disclosure and have an attorney review it. You will be sorry I can assure you. Do not – more... throw your hard earned cash in the toilet. This company is all about them. You will be sorry if you buy here!

After 2 years of employment with JK, I decided to move on with my life by leaving this company, no regrets, It was one of my great desitions I have made during my 34 years of experience in the Industry. I honestly can say that I praise those business owners who come and invest in the Company, after learning what these poor people go thru and seen their – more... investment gone to 0, , I tried to inform Corporate of the wrong doing from the part of my immediate supervisors not only these two gentlemen had no experience at all but were caught in numerous scandals involving fraud. Today after almost 1 year I have learned they both were fired from their jobs. – less

A typical day of work is driving to destination and simply just cleaning them. Just like regular household chores; Vacuuming, scrubbing bathrooms, garbage, mopping, and dusting mostly. I had to clean the stands of Ford Field, after every lions game. I had to wear a white shirt and black pants to get into the building. i had to clean two sections myself (which is easily over 300 seats. I had to clean the seats and floors, sweep the floors and stairs,and bag up all the trash.

Enjoyed being with company and worked very hard,postive attitude.
