Responsibilities for this position will include:

Organizing, preparing and assembling documentation for opening and closing of transactions
Revisions to discretionary trusts, loan agreements, promissory notes and various documents associated with discretionary trusts
Revisions to resolutions, agreements and various documents related to corporate incorporations and reorganizations
Conducting searches with BC OnLine and filing of documents
Maintaining filing system and bring forward systems
Management of daily calendars and booking of appointments with clients
