Nice place to work
Executive Director/VP (Former Employee), Jersey City, New JerseyJuly 18, 2014
Pros: great people to work with.
Cons: very stressful work environment as a product of all the mergers.
JPMorgan Chase is a nice place to work. I worked my way up from a non-officer when it was Chemical Bank and through many mergers I move up to Executive Director or Global Finance Operations within Corporate.

JP Morgan is a great to learn new skills, they are flexible with family life, most management is easy to work with. Compensation is mostly lower than the market and promotions do not increase compensation in many cases.

A great place to work
in bound calls fast pace and fun
management was cool as well as co workers
The hardest part of the job was trying to get customers to get new products and services.
The most enjoyable was talking to people and giving great customer service and knowing there smiling on the other side of the phone.

My Experience
Operation Executive (Current Employee), Mumbai, MHJuly 16, 2014
The iniatial 2 years was fun at work.
Now I work for 9 hrs and leave.
I have improved my communication skill a lot and have also learned to interact with people.
Though I am not a Manager yet, but i observe the behaviour of the managers and pick up the key factors.
I am prety much fun with my co-workers, don't remember of heated debate with any of them.
The – more... hardest part of the Job is travelling to work.
