Answering call and returning voicemails on a daily bases, keeping track of all inventory in the office. Attention weekly meeting, managed weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports turned in to manager, and copied regional manager. Controlled all scheduling and event coordination. Worked hand in hand as business partner with a staff of 8 advisor and 1 manager, knowledge on all active files. Followed up with homeowners when needed.

bad bad bad management mean policies and too much sales pressure. they had stupid sales trainers who didn't have realistic approaches towards sales and weren't capable enough, wasted too much money on their own comfort than their staff.
Fun workplace where you get to interact with others. People could engage in activities. Work hard and play hard seemed to be the motto.

A typical day at work would be to clock in and attend to duties right away. Learned how to communicate well with various people. Environment became hostile because of few people in management and lack of ability to effectively stay organize and remove personal feelings from work environment. Hardest part of the job was people got fired for not asking questions they already know the answer to, people were fired for talking to coworkers when needed help, and people that were there for a while were fired so they would not be promoted. They did not want to spend the money on their employees. Most enjoyable part of the job communicating with co-workers and clients.

Great place to work, the people here are all great. This isn't the place for someone that can't handle negative calls especially if you are in the help desk. There are clear advancement opportunities, fairly lenient scheduling, paid vacations, and good benefits.
You will need to be a self starter when it comes to learning on the job, you will go through a month of training but go on calls with less than optimal needed information and little less support than is probably necessary but the support you receive from colleagues will save you. You can and will start a connection with everyone around you
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a call centre or support role.

This company is outright garbage.
management, well there is far too many managers and not enough work to go around. they make up rules that don't exist and when you take them to HR they deny that these things could have ever happened.
I was interviewing for a job and I was told that I could not apply for a new job as its company policy If you have a low review score you are not eligible, well when I checked HR policy it clearly stated that you could apply even with a needs improvement review.
F*ck JP Morgan. the stupidest people are at the top of this company.
