Education: Under graduate University Degree.
Experience: 3+ years
Languages: Speak English, Read English. Speak, Read French. Other: Macedonian.
Type of Experience and skills:
3+ years of financial and administration management experience in smaller teams, preferrably start ups.
Financial planning and goals experience.
Experience with business plans and reporting.
Plan the budget and spend based on plans and business needs for 25 trucks.
Develop and set up the financial policy and system.
Recruit and organize the future staff ( if/when needed).
Report business trends to the owner.
Deal with the external accountant and contracted transportation adviser/consultant.
Understanding of accounting processes.
Great multitasker and with can do attitude.
The ideal candidate can operate with a great deal of autonomy and doesn’t require hand-holding.
Can deal with working in unstructured environment as trucking and willing to work from home if the offices are not ready by the time the candidate starts.
This might not be a typical 9-5 job.
