J.D. Piling & Anchor Ltd. is a progressive, growing piling & foundation construction company who is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Office/ Project Administration our Fort St John Office.

Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to current and ongoing projects
- Responsible for all Project Allocation & Job Costing and PO System
- AP/AR and Payroll data collection
- AP/AR data entry into Simply Accounting
- Frontline reception responsibilities
- Support the Office Manager / Controller as required

Job Qualifications and Required Attributes:
- Must be a personable, enthusiastic team player with a “GET IT DONE” attitude
- Detail oriented, extremely organized and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Minimum 5 years prior experience providing administrative support functions including accounting and reception
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Microsofft Office
- Prior oil & gas service or construction company experience is desired
- Experience with safety programs and ISN a valuable asset
- Experience with Simply Accounting or equivalent required
- Prior Experience administering construction contracts

- Wage commensurate with experience
- Extended health benefits package available upon completion of 3 month probation period
