Profile1 JD: - Test Co-ordinator/Manager - Rate: $55/hr. Experience – 8 - 10 years

  • Experience in the domain of In the IP contact centre Testing for Genesys Inbound, Outbound, IVR applications.
  • participates in customer and some end customer requirements and design walkthroughs
  • contribute to overall Test Strategy and Testing Risk Assessment
  • Assist in identifying and assessing the skills and recruitment needs for the new test team members
  • manage and coordinate the customer test team with customer Test Manager
  • create and review Test Plans for all test environments (DIT, SIT, UAT/PAT and PROD)
  • accountable for creation of Test Cases, Test Data Worksheet and Traceability Matrix for the respective test environments
  • coordinate with customer Test Team regarding regression testing and sharing of test cases, test plans and test data
  • contribute to Test Environment Preparation by communicating specific test environment requirements to the Test Lab Coordinator; coordinating test environment set-up if necessary
  • create Test Execution Schedules
  • focal point for testing status roll up to Overall Program testing status
  • Support the reporting, approval, diagnosis, and eventual resolution of test phase findings, variances, and other issues impacting testing; attend variance or other issue discovery calls as the technical representative from the respective test phase; ensure timely follow-up on all take away from such calls
  • ensure successful completion of all test scripts within established timeframes
  • identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate risks to the successful completion of testing
  • ensure that issues are accurately and comprehensively reported, tracked, and resolved
  • reviews and signoff Exit Report
  • attend Go/No Go meetings for next test phase
  • ensure all variances have root cause analysis complete contribute to the lessons learned session
