A f*rt wrapped in golden linings
E/I supervisor (Current Employee) –  Irving Pulp and Paper8 August 2013
This company or the human resources end of it does not care about the employee - you are a number, that's it. Years ago they were the people to work for, you received a very good wage and great benefits for an honest days work- not anymore, their bottom line is what's going out the door and not the well-being or happiness of their workforce.
Pros
Steady pay check

Top down management
HR Manager (Former Employee) –  Saint John, NB7 November 2017
Too down management, they don’t make you feel included or like you have a voice. Tough to get advancement or more responsibilities. They have potential but not for someone looking for a modern culture.

Good co-workers

Work with some great people. Supervisors are great but higher management is not as much. The hours and shift schedule allow for a decent amount of family time.
Pros
Good shifts
Cons
Hard work
