This role is an administrative support role within our Sales Support team. The role is very important and is integral to the department. The candidate will support and coordinate the administrative responsibilities of the department to ensure a high level of service to our internal and external customers.
The candidate will act as a liaison with cross-functional communication responsibilities. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating cross functional efforts towards internal process improvement for greater efficiency.
The role requires intermediate and above technical skills on Microsoft Office. Particular focus will be placed on technical skills for Excel. Comfort in learning new software programs as well as use of project management software will be an asset.
The ability and desire to manage multiple projects at one time and prioritize effort is required.
Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
