- Minimum of 2 large projects that led change management and product delivery
impacting a 1000 or more customers ( could include B2B or B2C).
- Minimum of 5 small projects under a Sr. Change Management Director or Lead impacting 300 or more customers (could include B2B or B2C).
- Must be a hands-on strategist who can translate tactics into a plan that will be successfully delivered on.
- Knowledge of change management framework & methodology
- Experience with ORT – operational readiness testing as well as POC – Proof of concept management (pilot).
- Able to handle a good work flow, call flow & process flow - impact analysis and management
- Experience with BETA or soft launch management
- Superior communication skills
