Pros: salary, car/expenses etc., international travel and encouraged to progress through the company management hierarchy.
Cons: latterly, excessive time out of the uk.
No such thing as a "typical" day or week! Dealing with both Clients and International Distributors alike, ensuring progress with any project one or either were involved in.
As my CV informs; the last few years involved much International Travel, and this did become latterly tiring, and having a young daughter at the time, I recognised that my work/life – more... balance did not enable sufficient time at "home" (in the UK) to begin to satisfy life needs.
MMP/ITW represented the most significant part of my working life, and was able to take on new skill-sets, unmanaged, which enhanced my professionalism. – less
