Treats people well, with challenging & interesting work
Administrator & Accountant (Former Employee), TelecommuteMay 15, 2014
isoTree stands out to me, because they truly respect their staff and their contributions. It is clear that they try to be fair and work with you, to define a customized job role, on their team, which matched my skills and experience. I am always excited to bounce around ideas with my team members and take on new challenges. It feels great to work in – more... a company where they value working together to achieve measurable results. – less

Odd/sketchy application process
Applicant (Former Employee), ILApril 28, 2014
I spent quite a bit of time outlining a strategy for them if I were to be hired (they asked for many ideas during application process). I keep seeing the same job description appear every month or so. It is almost as if they are trying to capture (steal) strategy ideas out there from applying professionals and whether an actual job exists is questionable. – more... Flex-time arrangement positive experience
Analyst (Former Employee), New York, NYApril 15, 2014
I began working with isoTree on a part-time short term flex time arrangement, to help me decide if I wanted to leave my current job at a large company working in a cubicle.
My contract has concluded recently and I loved my experience. Their human resources and orientation team are well organized and welcoming. They communicated very well, about the – more... expectations of the project and managed my expectations throughout the process. It felt great being on a small Team, working with positive and happy people who are focused on getting results. – less

Perfect work-life balance job opportunity
Internet Marketing Project Manager (Former Employee), RemoteMarch 18, 2014
isoTree believes their staff are the company's greatest asset. They treat them well and designed a work from home job opportunity that fosters a work-life balance. I can assert, that myself and other staff members that I worked with were empowered to do the job they were hired to do. There is a very low turnover rate with the existing core staff. isoTree – more... is supportive and flexible with their human resources, as during my contract a medical emergency come up with my family and they were very cooperative to adjust my hours, so I could take a sabbatical of sorts to be with my family. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future. – less

Online Marketing Consultant (Former Employee), OnlineFebruary 27, 2014
The team is a great group of people who work hard & smart, have a sense of humor, are about finding solutions & being positive, being proactive, as compared to complaining & passing the buck. Management supports people so they can thrive in their job roles.

Excellent and Innovative work from home opportunity
Senior Web Developer and Consultant (Current Employee), TelecommuteFebruary 26, 2014
I began working with isoTree as senior developer and consultant in 2003. I still work with them from time to time. isoTree has mastered the methods for running a successful virtual team. They have been doing it over 13 years. They are organized and always clearly communicate the results that are expected of you. It is amazing to me to see over the years, – more... the loyalty between management and the staff. Management is fair and supportive, they are pro-active with making sure you are set up to succeed. – less

Overall, close-knit team. Positive opportunity
Accounting Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), OnlineFebruary 10, 2014
I worked in accounting and various administrative support capacities. Management is selective about who joins the team. But, once they commit to you, they are the most loyal people I have ever worked with. The staff is located all around the world and most of them have been working with isoTree in some capacity since 2004. It is positive work environment – more... of people, from different cultures, who want to do their best and are very skilled at what they do. – less

Exceptional training program. Great place to work!
PPC Specialist (Former Employee), Incline Village, NVFebruary 5, 2014
Pros: virtual company; training program
I was very fortunate to get an opportunity to work with isoTree. I had no prior experience with google adwords (PPC) sponsored search campaign management. For a virtual company, their training program was incredibly organized and supportive. Within three months, I was managing thousands of dollars in various marketing campaigns. I am so grateful because – more... this skill set opened doors to various opportunities in the future. – less

Perfect work from home job
Internet Marketing Business Analyst (Former Employee), OnlineJanuary 28, 2014
I am a stay at home mom. When my children where of age to go to pre-school I decided to explore some telecommuting opportunities. I worked as an analyst on and off with isoTree for 5 years. This was one of the best companies I've ever worked with, because they are organized and clearly communicate expectations. They are very supportive and adaptive – more... to my schedule. The structure is collaborative. Management will trust your work and let you do your job. Everyone on the Team, is highly skilled, analytical and motivated – less

Not worth it
Contractor (Former Employee), Work from homeOctober 31, 2013
Pros: work from home
Cons: no healthcare, management
IsoTree is a work from home opportunity. The management is unorganized and difficult to work for. Management was known for firing people on a whim. During my short tenure, I witnessed three people being fired.

Expectations were not clear and you were berated when the task was not up to their arbitrary par. Management is mean, unprofessional, and unpredictable.

this company is a joke
Projec Manager (Former Employee), work form homeMarch 19, 2013
isoTree is very unprofessional, chaotic and disorganized company. There is lack of planning and organization, their websites look like they are done by amateurs. They changed my jobs title and work description without discussing with me first
isoTree ended my contract without prior notification and without any specific reason.
This is an unreliable – more... and ambiguous company and I recommend that peope stay away from isoTree. – less
