The Pastry Chef’s responsibilities include:
Ensuring production requirements (baking and decorating) are met for cakes, pastries and all other dessert and bake shop items.
Development of signature desserts for the bakery and special functions.
Perform baker tasks; measure/weigh ingredients, prepare ingredients for baking, apply glazes/icing and decorate accordingly.

Experience as a Pastry Chef, Assistant Pastry Chef or student pastry chef/baker.
Minimum of 2 years well-rounded pastry and baking experience.
Proven ability as an effective leader, possessing a high degree of professionalism.
Results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well in a busy and demanding environment.
Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently when required.
