if you're not Spanish speaking, you're not human.
customer service (Former Employee), Dallas TexasNovember 14, 2013
Pros: paid time off 5 hours every pay.
Cons: lot's of favoritism and nepotism
I was told by the vice president that his bilinguals were more important because his English speakers were like two of his Spanish speakers, never received bonus, or full paycheck. would not recommend this company to anyone whose last name not end in Z.

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), Charlotte, NCNovember 9, 2013
the hardest part of the job are the difficult calls. some customers are very friendly and others are not. the supervisors are very nice and try to help you succeed but the downside is they use your tone to determine how you feel about the job and sometimes tone can be deceiving.

Call Agent (Former Employee), Charlotte, NCOctober 25, 2013
Pros: generosity goes a long way within the work enviroment.
Cons: i try not to pay attention to negative energy.
The most enjoyable part of the job is role-playing exercises with co-workers. I've been fortunate to work along side professional people where I can be myself.

Medical Claims Examiner (Former Employee), Plymouth, MNOctober 19, 2013
Pros: i was treated like an adult
Cons: computer "down time"
Had extensive amount of work to do each day. Worked independently and learned to be efficient with my time. Supervisor was willing to help but did not "micro manage". Resolved medical claim issues and exceeded department goals. Coworkers were polite and not disruptive to my work. Computer "down time" and long holds on the phone were the most difficult – more... parts of the job. Resolving claims and having plenty of work to do were positive things. – less

Customer Service Specialist (Current Employee), Charlotte, NCOctober 18, 2013
Pros: great clinets who make you feel wonderful
Cons: not enough pay
On a typical day at Iqor I am able to assist our customers with their billing & also advise different options to be granted assistance with their gas & electric service. In this 4 1/2 year process I have learned each customer is special & unique with there own needs. I have a great AVP with a very dedicated team, team work is very important to run a – more... business with great success. The hardest part of my job is not being able to help everyone & the best part is to help those that I can. – less

Great entry level job to gain experience
Customer Service Rep / Collector (Former Employee), Tempe, AZOctober 17, 2013
Pros: bonuses
Cons: healthcare
A typical day consists of receiving inbound calls, processing payments and setting up payment arrangements on delinquent accounts. Also transferring customers to the correct department for any further assistance needed other then financial services. Management is very helpful and there isn't to much time to interact with co-workers due to the high call – more... volume but when we had team meetings everyone got along well . I learned how to handle escalated calls and assuring customer satisfaction after every call while maintaining an average handle time of 3 minutes or less. The most enjoyable part of the job was helping customers and leaving them satisfied. – less

Call Representative (Former Employee), Charlotte, NCOctober 11, 2013
Pros: long breaks
Cons: healthcare
A regular day at work was fun and sometimes long. The days are fun long as a customer is being assisted and happy once phone call has ended. My co-workers are very friendly and patient also when there is help needed they are very helpful. The hardest part with being call representative is dealing with customers with attitude and cursing you out for – more... something they are wrong about. I enjoyed this job because I was able to assist any customer at any time. – less
