Fulfill the overall customer service needs of clients with an emphasis on client communication and administration.
Outbound calls, booking client appointments, inbound client calls, managing client data to coordinate client service needs, maintaining client files and office procedures, completing paperwork and preparing for client meetings, processing all transactions.
Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred. Previous experience in an administrative and customer service environment is essential. Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
Financial Planning knowledge an asset. Excellent proficiency in Windows based applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
