We are an investment banking firm partnered with multiple-companies in the e-commerce and pharmaceutical industry. Our firm is looking for energetic customer-focused, multi-talented people to join our Customer Care Team based in Vancouver, BC.   • Provide exceptional Customer Service to our investors, customers and leads.
  • Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of services and products.
  • Provide outstanding service by handling inbound calls from new/existing customers including general inquiries, troubleshooting and sales.
  • Technology testing and report writing.


  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service.
  • A candidate with experience in IR/PR is a great asset.
  • Must be an effective communicator (verbal/written).
  • Some experience in technology, e-commerce and finance industry.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job done.
  • Team-player and an ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated focus on the customer with exceptional service.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to convey message in an organized, clear and effective manner.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, communicate effectively and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills. Must be Tech-Savvy.
  • Possess strong writing skills.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented and overall positive attitude!
