- Provide exceptional Customer Service to our investors, customers and leads.
- Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis, responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of services and products.
- Provide outstanding service by handling inbound calls from new/existing customers including general inquiries, troubleshooting and sales.
- Technology testing and report writing.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service.
- A candidate with experience in IR/PR is a great asset.
- Must be an effective communicator (verbal/written).
- Some experience in technology, e-commerce and finance industry.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job done.
- Team-player and an ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated focus on the customer with exceptional service.
- Strong communication skills, ability to convey message in an organized, clear and effective manner.
- Ability to adapt quickly, communicate effectively and work under pressure.
- Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and computer skills. Must be Tech-Savvy.
