Job Description Summary
*Achieve specific revenue and Gross Profit margin objectives.
*Provide sales leadership, support local retail staff and team with telesales
*Conduct sales meetings with Commercial account in exisiting client base.
*Arrange and conduct sales meetings with commercial prospects. i.e. Cold Calling
*Network with local community to establish relationships with schools, churches and other organization.
*Must have a keen understanding that attaining, retaining and optimizing existing customers are key functions of any business.
*Work with Legacy RSM's in identifying and procuring additional sales thru Legacy dealer base.
Qualifications:
*Articulate. able to facilitate and identify needs and provide solutions.
*Interpersonal and business Communication skills.
*2 to 5 Years of Successful Sales experience preferably from a related field.
*Self directed, work without direct supervision for long periods of time.
*Goal oriented and demonstrated ability to work within a team.
*Excellent writing skills. Able to draft clear. concise, error free, documents, letters, proposals and other required written communication.
*Observes protocol and reporting requirements.
*Familiar with Government Procurement process.
*Excellent presentation skills and some technical knowledge would be an advantage.
*Demonstrated, Verifiable sales success from previous sales work.
*Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel & Office.
Work Environment:
*Continous speaking, hearing and visual effort.
*Comfortable speaking on the phone for a long time if needed.
- Must be able to carry up to 60 lbs.
- Position requires sitting, standing,walking, bending,climbing.
*Close mental and visual attention
- Repetitive task and occasional delivery driving duties.
