We have sort of a flat organization structure in the audit department, we can access at anytime to Audit General Manager.
A typical day at work includes planning for new assignments, completing examination of audit assignments, following up of managements' responses on the audit reports.
We have contentious professional development program either on the job training or courses such as CIA. On my personnel level, I have acquired several skills on my working as auditor such as team work, attention to details, developing professional relationship with audittee or clients, and report writing.
My coworker are very supportive. We exchange information and each other can assume part of coworker's duties in case of tight deadline.
The hardest part of my work is long working, hours and tight audit schedule and deadlines.
The enjoyable part of the job is meeting with auditee and work hard to convince them with the findings noted and their risk gravity, it is challenging but funny.
