Licensed Practical Nurse (Current Employee) – Kelowna BC – 16 January 2014
I learned how to get along with extremely difficult people. The hard part of the job was, basically I wrecked my back. Very busy open enviroment where you can't hide behind four walls. I was a licenced Practical nurse, but I did not maintain my license and remained a Care Aide. It's time to move on.

There is illusion of equal opportunity and advancement, however time and again you see/hear of ones being overlooked. Training is lacking in many roles and support not provided where required. Managers tend to hire based on personal preference (and pre-selection) versus on actual work experience.
