Machine Operator- Packaging (Former Employee) –  Front Royal, VA1 August 2017
The work is fairly easy, depending on the line you work on the overtime is manageable. The pay rate is very good and the benefits are great!. The downside- management is useless, HR isn't very helpful.

Senior Procurement Manager (Current Employee) –  Richmond, VA15 June 2017
Negative would be matrix structure and not clear over all strategy. Positives are opportunity to stretch and work with many different functions can result in conflicting priorities.

Production Worker/Packer (Current Employee) –  North Sioux City, SD13 October 2016
I like the hours 7-3, but do not enjoy working 12 days in a row. Need family time. I like working with the people (co-workers). It used to be a fun place to work until 4 years ago. New management took over. Now it's time to move on.

Electrician (Former Employee) –  Front Royal, VA22 October 2015
Prepare to be thrown under the bus to save upper management's butts. This company is loosing money at Front Royal plant. No job security there! Management will promise anything, in writing. Then tell you it not worth the paper it's printed on.
Pros
Pay is fair
Cons
No life

Production Support / Scaling (Former Employee) –  Front Royal, VA18 February 2015
Very degrading culture of favoritism and managerial retribution.

No sick/personal time and a non-forgiving point system. (A person should never get fired for having the flu!)

Doctor's excuses are not accepted.

Pay and health insurance was good.

There are some very nice people working in the production department.
Pros
Health insurance.
Cons
Breaks are timed, inexperienced management.

Customer Service Professional (Former Employee) –  Richmond, VA1 December 2014
A lot of politics no managerial support you basically fly by the seat of your pants hope for the best outcome. The moral is very low everyone worries about job security you never know from one day to the next what will happen to your position. Job advancement is based on who you know not what you know.
