Pros: Techincal support
Cons: Management
Enjoyable, productive and good environment to learn. New manager is horrible but not all managers are not bad. Hardest part of the job is working with the current manager.

There is only one thing consistent in the world which is "CHANGE" at work everything change everyday depends on the clients you will talk to so i learned that you need to be in neutral and you always need to wear a smile to each customer's even if you interact through phone, regarding management you need to follow rules and regulations of the management and with co-workers you need each other since you will be working in one company so you need to work as a team the first time you will do the job is the hardest part since after all the trainings you've done you will apply them.. i can say every first day is the hardest part and the most enjoyable part of the job is when you we're promoted and even when your manager's have commended what you do..
