We are seeking full and part time Nurse Practitioners for our three centres located in Vancouver, Victoria and Kelowna.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Nurse Practitioner provides integrative cancer care services to patients, teaches and facilitates patients and their families in InspireHealth programs, reaches out to the community through speaking engagements, liaises with other healthcare professionals and outside agencies, and performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
You are noted for having a holistic patient-centered philosophy and style with clinical skills supportive of patient empowerment and a compassionate presence. Your leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills will be called upon in this role. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with integrity, self-responsibility, and accountability. Although you are able to work independently, you also work effectively as part of a team.
- Nurse Practitioner designation
- Registration with College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia
- Successful completion of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE)
- Malpractice insurance coverage
