Best call center
Fundraising Agent (Former Employee) –  St. Catharines, ONApril 2, 2014
Definitely the best call center I've worked for I've worked for most. Great staff and managers, helpful, a lot of training and support. They believe in what they are doing and try their best to help you. Nice to feel good about coming to work and helping to do good. Everyone who works there is very friendly. I found a job with day hours and benefits that was a better fit for my family - but this was my best call center experience.
Pros
great people and accounts to work on, very good pay, an office dog, good training, you can win trips, lots of coffee!
Cons
evening hours, no benfits, long shifts, outbound calls (not for all)

Nice place but beware
fundraiser (Former Employee) –  st. catharinesMarch 25, 2014
No benefits, no parking, people are nice, but one day they tell you how awesome you are and the next day they terminate you for "not a great fit".

Regardless of how nice you are, you need to be prepared to spew rainbows.

The co workers are awesome. Always willing to help and super friendly.
Pros
friendly people
Cons
long hours, no parking, no benefits
