Pros: great people and accounts to work on, very good pay, an office dog, good training, you can win trips, lots of coffee!
Cons: evening hours, no benfits, long shifts, outbound calls (not for all)
Definitely the best call center I've worked for I've worked for most. Great staff and managers, helpful, a lot of training and support. They believe in what they are doing and try their best to help you. Nice to feel good about coming to work and helping to do good. Everyone who works there is very friendly. I found a job with day hours and benefits that was a better fit for my family - but this was my best call center experience.
