Client Experience Manager!
We are growing and have a new role for an outstanding Client Experience Manager! At Inspire Fundraising Solutions our call centre philosophy is built around a powerful passion for fundraising and delivering exceptional donor experiences. We also have a passion for our staff!
- As the Client Experience Manager you will have full responsibility for all aspects of a campaign; including the client relationship and operations which requires you to deliver results and great teams.
- Ensure we are achieving client requirements in all areas and through relationship development, identify new business opportunities
- Communicating regularly with the client including invoicing and reports
- Driving performance in the call centre through assessing calls and providing regular coaching to the agents to improve results
- Engage and motivate the agents by creating incentive programs and partnering with the team leaders
- Provide sales and call technique training and ensuring the Fundraising Advisors create an outstanding donor experience!
- A minimum of 3 years management or supervisory experience in a fast paced call centre environment. A background in Account Management, Charitable Giving or Operations with experience in sales is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, coach and equip high performing teams
- Strong client relationship skills
- Demonstrated strengths in connecting with your employees and motivating various personalities to improve morale and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours. Our centre is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
