Call Centre Supervisor!
We are growing and need an extraordinary Call Centre Supervisor! As a Supervisor you will partner with the Call Centre Management team to deliver results and great teams. Your goals are to ensure we are reaching client requirements, driving performance and ensuring the agents are having a great day and creating outstanding donor experiences! We are looking for people with a passion for customer service and charitable giving!
- A minimum of 2 years management or supervisory experience in a fast paced call centre environment. A background in training, supervision and operations with experience in outbound sales is preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, coach and equip high performing teams
- Demonstrated strengths in connecting with your employees and motivating various personalities to improve morale and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Our centre is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and alternating Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
