We are looking for an outgoing individual who has excellent communication skills and who would like to work with a team of health care professionals who are dedicated to whole health. We are looking for a self starter who pays attention to detail and understands the importance of exceptional customer service. Main responsibilities include greeting and scheduling appointments for our patients and administrative support for the Centre. The candidate must have computer skills, including the ability to use spreadsheets, word processing programs and is comfortable with learning new computer applications related to the clinic.
Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 3pm-8pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-2pm with the flexibility to alter shifts as needed.
