“Customer Service Department Team Leader”
We are a leading Distributor of Consumer Packaged Goods located in York Region.
As a result of strategic growth initiatives, we have a need for an experienced Customer Service Professional who can lead our team in development and performance.
Requirements to be considered for this position:
- Bilingualism (English & French)
- Post Secondary Education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a CSR role
- Demonstrated Supervisory or Managerial experience
- A background in CPG industry
- Experience in a distribution environment and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office & Windows
- Demonstrated contributions to project development & delivering results
