“Customer Service Department Team Leader”
We are a leading Distributor of Consumer Packaged Goods located in York Region.
As a result of strategic growth initiatives, we have a need for an experienced Customer Service Professional who can lead our team in development and performance.
Requirements to be considered for this position:

  • Bilingualism (English & French)
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a CSR role
  • Demonstrated Supervisory or Managerial experience
  • A background in CPG industry
  • Experience in a distribution environment and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Office & Windows
  • Demonstrated contributions to project development & delivering results
