We are looking to expand our team to include a mature and structured individual to provide administrative support in a wellness clinic. This individual will be detail oriented, independent, organised, and have a professional phone manner. We require an assertive, confident and energetic go-getter who can easily multi task and has strict time management abilities. The right candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, can work both independently and in a team environment. Must be a professional who always ensures that the patient’s needs are met, and who understands the importance of keeping health records confidential.

Helping others get well is the main priority within our clinic and personal Health and Wellness should be a priority for all team members.

Additional responsibilities include communicating with patients, maintaining an organized, presentable and positive atmosphere, collecting feedback and testimonial data, coverage of the front desk, managing and confirming patient schedules. Understanding the services offered within the clinic and building relationships with patients is the key to success!

Position requires some evening hours. Hours range from 35-40 hrs weekly.
Approximate Schedule as follows:

  • Mon/Wed/Fri: 8:30am-1:30pm
  • Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs: 2:30 – 7:30pm
