I loved being a part of this team. Everyone would work together to get things done. The team would constantly build each other up and praise when things were done right and constructively help when they weren't. Growing within the company is possible as well. You can start as a dishwasher and become a part of the kitchen. Depending on your seniority in the kitchen, hours were the only con to working here (as they are a kitchen, help is employed dependent on customers in house).

i found that inn on the twenty was a fast paced high energy restaurant. i greatly improved my management skills further learned on computer systems and training new employees. the most enjoyable part of the job was the customers interaction.

Being a hospitality destination every work day can be unpredictable. Family owned company allows for staff to be individuals but does limit your growth potential. With 75% of buisness being done during the summer months you must be a great multi tasker with above average time management skills. Working a variety of shifts does not allow for much of a home life that would be the hardest part of the job. I was given the opportunity to improve my customer relation and brand building skills.
