Average kitchen.
Chef is creative but doesn't spend much time in the kitchen.
There are many people that truely care about their job.

Wine Country destination
Manager (Current Employee) –  Jordan, OntMarch 5, 2013
Being a hospitality destination every work day can be unpredictable. Family owned company allows for staff to be individuals but does limit your growth potential. With 75% of buisness being done during the summer months you must be a great multi tasker with above average time management skills. Working a variety of shifts does not allow for much of a home life that would be the hardest part of the job. I was given the opportunity to improve my customer relation and brand building skills.
Pros
new daily challenges, variety of new customers
Cons
long unpredictable hours, marginal room for error
