Interesting place to work, very informal
Retail Credit Risk Analyst (Former Employee), Toronto OnAugust 29, 2013
I worked for ING from 2007 to 2013. My career began with the most entry level possible, Direct Associate. From there I worked my way to a Mortgage Specialist, Lending Risk and Compliance Analyst, and finally as a Credit Risk Analyst.

Great place to work
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST (Former Employee), North York, ONFebruary 15, 2013
Pros: subsidized cafeteria
Cons: n/a
Bank is going thru owner transition, recently being bought by BNS.
Culture may change next year, but was great while I was there.
Unlike other employers, ING actually practices the work-life balances.

Unmatched Culture
ING DIRECT (Current Employee), Toronto, ONDecember 29, 2012
Pros: amazing corporate culture
Cons: monetary compensation
The culture at ING DIRECT is second to none and it is what makes the company so special. You make life-long friends working here, from the CEO who knows your name and is one of the most active public figures on social media, to the people who work with you everyday and the clients, vendors, and groups that you interact with. It's a great place.
Many – more... use ING DIRECT as a place to get their feet wet as the experience is good but the compensation can be better.
Besides that, it is truly innovative, fresh, and revolutionary. If that is what you're looking for this would be the place to be. – less

Environnement de centre d'appels
Agent de liaison (Former Employee), Montréal, QCFebruary 5, 2014
Pros: environnement de bureau tranquille
Cons: cold call
Le travail est répétitif. Dépendament du temps de l'année, tu peux faire des cold calls 40 heures par semaine.

Le travail n'est pas très compliqué.

Les résultats sont affiché tout les matins sur un tableau. Un envirronement compétitif.
