Senior System Engineer (Former Employee), Pune, MHJuly 3, 2014
Pros: regular events
Cons: less pay and hike
Infosys has all you need to transform yourself from a new graduate to a confident professional.

It has world class facilities for recreation and sports.

There are many opportunities across the domains and perfect exposure.

Payment wise it is bit inferior to its competitor.

However for beginners, this is the place to be.

Talented team and fun to work environment
Technology Analyst (Former Employee), Regina Sask & Bangalore IndiaJune 10, 2014
Pros: happy work environment
Cons: less freebies during late work hours
The talent among our project members was amazing and it was fun to work with such talented people. Every day was challenging to solve customer issues and a lot of barnstorming sessions where we share ideas to solve a problem.
Cross functional training was an added advantage while working with Infosys. We get to learn different technologies and how they – more... work together in a real environment.
The hardest thing was to work in shifts. End of the day it all boils down to customer satisfaction and the pain of working in shifts goes away when you see a happy customer sending a good feedback for the work that you did. – less

Excellent place to build up career and extra curricular activities
Senior System Engineer (Current Employee), Thiruvananthapuram, KLMarch 22, 2014
Pros: team lunch, outing and bonus payment among the team mates.
Cons: long hours some times overnight working including no week off.
A day may start with lots of assignments but the employees have full freedom to enjoy and complete their work with tension free atmosphere. The managements are really a roll model to observve and learn , how simply they are managing any huge tasks. The co-workers are well professionals in both their official and personal behaviour that made among a – more... stong bond between the staff's. The hardest part of the job is discussion about structuring a program and the funniest or most enjoyable part is also that too. – less
