Operations Assistant
Our company is broad wide and is looking for people to proceed working in new offices that will soon be open in Canada
Responsibilities:
The Accounts assistant will be required to carry out the following tasks:
Performing simple financial and clerical operations
Processing invoices Account reconciliations
Dealing with customers & suppliers invoice queries
Contacting customers & supplier by phone/email for outstanding payment
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
Sociability and reliability
Responsibility and enthusiasm
Fine attitude to flexible working hours
Additional training for the standards will be provided
