Site director, directs and if you don't like his direction too bad. If you value peace of mind don't ask questions that management will find difficult to honestly answer. Site director likes to bully and micro manage and talk out of both sides of his mouth, so ensure any agreements are recorded and documented. They need to walk the talk and live up to their 20 principles.
Training was at a minimal, computer based mainly.
The location and schedule are the very good and what make this facility attractive. Employees are easy going and friendly.
There is no union and HR is not functional, so leaves you with no where to go.
