IEI is currently seeking a Receptionist to join the team. The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and an upbeat, positive attitude. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering the telephone, screening and directing calls, taking messages and relaying them, providing information to callers, greeting people who enter the building, dealing with queries from the public and customers, general administrative and clerical support, preparing letters and documents, receiving and sorting mail and deliveries and other duties as assigned.
