This company does not care about it's employees. It "lays off" it's best employees in mass layoff while turning around and hiring much cheaper labour. Full of nepotism, the only way to advance is if you know or are friends with upper management. They are always late with paying their bills so there have been numerous times vendors have cut off shipping parts until bills are paid, which causes a backlog and ripple down affect to the shop floor. Additionally, they have had tough times on occasion of not being able to pay their employees on time. It's been proven it doesn't matter how hard you work, how well you do, no one cares. Slackers advance more easily than hard workers if they happen to be buddies with managers. Their engineers are a joke, putting together poorly crafted designs which constantly need to be reworked by those on the floor who actually know what to do. Inventory is always out of whack because they have no concept of just in time parts management.
There used to be lots of nice perks but all have been stopped.
Poor management, nepotism, intra - department bullying
