THE OPPORTUNITY

Title : Valet

Location : Manulife Center

Status : Casual/Seasonal

Length : Month of December 2013

Hours : 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (From Tuesday to Saturday)

Wage : as per the collective agreement

Language : Speak, Read & Write English

Reporting to : Site Manager

*Qualitications*:

  • have your driving license (Full G) with clear abstract
  • able to drive stick shift vehicule (manual transmission)
  • excellent communication and good command of the English language
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • excellent customer service skills
  • great problem solving skills
  • are energetic and able to work in fast paced environment
  • are familiar with basic math
  • are courteous and friendly to guest
  • cashier and customer service experience is an asset

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for being punctual and following the dress code at all times
  • Opening doors for guest
  • Greeting and welcoming guest
  • Answering valet counter and valet phone
  • Cleaning and organizing valet counter
  • Walking through the lot and picking up any excess garbage
