This company is seeking an experienced Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing audit and tax services for a wide variety of clients.
Leading and mentoring junior associates and support their growth by ensuing the accuracy of their work. Maintaining ongoing positive client relationships, along with the ability and drive and develop new client relationships. The incumbent will work closely with the partner and the rest of the team, and be the key liaison for each of their client files. The opportunity for even more leadership growth will be well within reach for the right individual.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years recent experience in public practice or at the Manager level
- A professional accounting designation
- Strong understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development
- Audit and Tax services experience with private companies and owner-managed businesses
- Excellent ability to manage client issues and solve problems efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver group presentations
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to drive business development
- Experience with case ware and profile
