Janitor/Custodian (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 28 March 2013
non-English speaking or training friendly, priorities are low in accordance to viable work conditions, breaks are highly discouraged and during lunch you are forced to go back to work before the said period is over. most co-workers are related in culture, language and by blood therefore anyone who is not from such a culture is treated as an inferior employee, jobs are not prioritized by skill but rather shuffled to the weaker employees with the least amount of training as a "dive-in" way to gain experience. all work is measured by completion but you are not informed as to the tasks that are required of you.
long hours, no breaks, no english, co-workers have poor hygen, no formal training, no instruction, enourmous expectations
