You will be working with the sales team to provide service and support to our customers.
Respond to customer inquires (in person, phone, fax, e-mail) to meet their needs.
Manage and resolve customer issues.
Introduce new products and promotions to the client base to increase sales.
Process customer orders to assist the sales team.
Process return and warranty authorization requests.
Keep up to date on all related sales and marketing initiatives.
Attendance at trade shows, special events when necessary.
Required Skills, Competencies, Attributes:
Bilingual (French, English) a requirement.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Effective time management and ability to work independently.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relationships.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction through solution based relationships.
Self motivated with a committed and dedicated work ethic.
Strong computer skills with a knowledge of MS Office applications and programs.
Must have two (2) years of relevant customer service experience.
