The Idylwylde Golf and Country Club is the only private golf and curling club in Sudbury. We are currently seeking an experienced HEAD CHEF with an appetite for creating an unforgettable dining experience. This dynamic individual will bring creativity, passion, and excitement to a wide range of menu items for our member’s dining room, banquet services, and tournaments. He/she will manage all functions of the food production to ensure optimal cost percentages and margins are achieved.
Our Key Requirements:
Develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Use appropriate software to track and analyze kitchen operation
Monitor financial results and take corrective action where necessary
Develop policies and procedures to ensure a cost effective and efficient operation
