I love my job and would like to stay in the same field if possible. I get along with everyone , I enjoy meeting new people and consider my self a people person.The hardest part is driving in to cambridge every day.

This company used to be an ok place to work until being purchased out by Transforce sometime in 2007 or 2008. Since then they placed wage freezes, laid off and fired a ton of good people, and pushed others to leave for better opportunities.

As i recall, the company culture was kind of serious and very "by the book". The management was pretty uptight. – more... There were never socials, drinks, etc outside of work and typically everyone generally kept to themselves and didn't divulge too much personal info.

They never seemed progressive. I worked there for a year or two.
